Pros:

• Original photography would work well
• Good placement of characters in the rule of thirds
• Great basic ideas

Cons:

• Don't use a track list/ just feature a single
• Include a picture of the album above Spotify/Itunes
• Shrink the text to make graffiti effect more subtle

Album Cover

Pros:

• Good idea to link the cover to the music video
• Keep the back cover with original photography

Cons:

• Boring inside panels with just a plain brick wall. They could be bolder
• Needs to be tied to themes
• Its too promotional of the single
• Maybe insert props from other songs
• Add text to inside pannels
• Could use a panorama for the inside panels

1st Draft Magazine Advert With Analysis

Both posters include the hashtag to link to one of there albums #3. Also both include basic advertisements for apple music, Spotify and a bar-code. Each poster conforms to the line of sight by placing the band in the primary optical area whereas the less important information is situated at the bottom. The first poster shows the whole band from head to toes whereas the drawn advert is missing legs. Although both adverts put the singer in the middle, the drawn one puts him closer to the shot, because he is the main character of the band. We decided to draw and create a poster using adobe photoshop for variation.
